CV Screen is recruiting for an IT Support Technician to join a fantastic, friendly, office based business in Reading. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT support career, looking to build hands-on experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

As IT Support Technician, this focuses on delivering fast, accurate, and customer‑centric support while ensuring issues are triaged effectively and resolved or escalated appropriately.

YOUR DUTIES AS IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN WILL INCLUDE: 

• Provide first-line IT support for bespoke systems and Microsoft platforms.
• Resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with users.
• Escalate complex issues and support user onboarding.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core collaboration tools.
• Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory.
• Ability to diagnose common network and Wi-Fi issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
